2. WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Most hardware and software sold are covered under manufacturer's warranty during the initial period of use. If your product is under warranty, the support services maybe available for free by the seller or the manufacturer. I-NET recommends contacting the supplier of the product if the product is under warranty period.

3. THIRD-PARTY DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE:

ITCOMP Services, when required, uses third-party software for diagnosing and fixing the problem. The software tools used are from leading companies such as Microsoft, AVG, Malwarebytes, etc. Some of these third-party tools are available for free that you can obtain directly from their websites. ITCOMP Services does not charge for these software.

4. PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE:

I-NET does not use or sell any proprietary computer repair software or diagnostic tools unless explicitly mentioned on our website.

5. NO AUTOMATIC RENEWALS:

Currently it is our policy to not automatically renew our subscribers.

6. COOKIE STORAGE:

Any analytical script code used on www.inetbs.com is to get your IP and location information only. The collected information will be used by ITCOMP Services for internal assessments and never sold.
